Within the scope of quality standards, ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificates that companies serving in the health sector must have, and documents such as “CE”, “FDA” or “biocidal license” that Firstplus+ products must have; can be submitted at any stage requested.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is a standard that expresses that our organizations have a global and effective understanding of quality.

Specifies the requirements of the quality management system to be followed when an organization needs to prove its ability to provide products that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to improve customer satisfaction.

ISO 13485:2016

ISO 13485:2016 is a quality management system standard covering all phases of medical device design, development, production and service.

It is a document showing that a manufacturer has established a quality management system in accordance with the required standards and has successfully implemented an internationally recognized management system for the safety and effectiveness of products.

CE CERTIFICATE

This European conformity mark indicates that products sold within the Community have been inspected according to minimum safety, health and environmental protection requirements.

The CE marking also implies fair competition by requiring all manufacturers to comply with the same accountable rules.
